Duties & Responsibilities:
Effectively facilitating and managing the flow of information within the Maintenance Department
Liaising with the operations department for the purposes of scheduling fleet vehicles into the shop for repair and maintenance
Opening, closing and updating work orders within the fleet maintenance system (RTA)
Entering data from repair orders on a daily basis
Requesting and processing parts and service quotations.
Submitting parts and inventory requisitions for purchase orders.
Receiving parts and inventory into RTA and Oracle.
Generating reports as needed.
Ensuring that all vehicle asset information is kept current and matches the actual assets in the CSC.
Encouraging compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate, orderly and up to date filing systems for all maintenance records
Maintaining security of all files and records
Performing various administrative tasks

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One or more years of general clerical/administrative experience
Must demonstrate a strong customer service attitude
Must have enhanced telephone etiquette
Strong ability to plan, organize and respond proactively to the needs of others
Possess excellent communication (verbal, listening, and written) skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Focus on team success and be willing work in a variety of capacities
