Job Description

National Express Corporation is

currently seeking a Marketing Manager which requires a Graphic Design skillset.

This position will report to the Director of Communications, and is primarily

responsible for assisting with the overall marketing strategy and execution for

the North America organization. This role will work closely with the Director

of Communications on branding, market positioning and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include (but notlimited to):

  • Majoremphasis on Branding

  • Assistswith strategies and execution of marketing initiatives and programs, bothshort and long range, to ensure the growth of the organization

  • Increasethe market visibility of the organization, overall

  • Internalmarketing, when necessary

  • Manageportions of the marketing budget

  • Researches,analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factorsso that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects ofcompetitive activity may be minimized

  • Incorporatesocial networking strategies in the company’s marketing strategy

  • Plans,designs and oversees the organization's advertising and promotionactivities including print, electronic, direct mail outlets and tradeshows

  • Executethe delivery of business development tools – e.g. collateral, case studies,client newsletter

  • Carryingout demographic research and analyzing market data

  • Oversightof all external websites

  • Use Salesforce to track marketingcampaigns and analyze results

  • Collaboratewith internal function leads


Position Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; MBApreferred

  • 6 or more years experience in corporate marketing

  • Occasional travel

  • Superb communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong relationship building skills (external vendors andagencies)

  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Outlook, and Salesforce

  • Experience with social media tools, e.g. Twitter, Facebook,LinkedIn, etc.

  • Experience with design software, e.g. In-Design, Photoshop,Illustrator, (or similar program) is required.

  • Must be able to analyze market research and draw validconclusions
